The secret user account has its own separate Internet history, cookies, and documents. These are not accessible to other users.
You'll no longer need to remember to wipe Internet history or delete private files. Also, the computer won't look suspiciously empty after you've used it.
When you log back in to your secret user account, you'll be able to carry on where you left off with your files, bookmarks and settings where you left them.
